Winter Shareholder Meeting

We’d like to begin a tradition of a mid-winter meeting with the CSA shareholders.
This will take place in late January or early February, depending on folks schedules.

Goals of meeting:
* Share the farms annual report (a first this year)
* Open discussion about last year and improvements for upcoming season
* Gauge interest in possibility of forming a core group for the CSA. This is an element that many CSA’s have and the tasks of the core group could include coordinating events, social media, recipe development, recruitment, treasurer. When core groups function well, they give a voice to shareholders and allow the growers to focus more on the growing and farm management.
