It’s astounding to me that we already find ourselves in the fifth month of the year. There is waxing and waning of all things and as per usual, there is much overlap between different tasks. Very few jobs fit neatly into the confines of a day, week or season. As such, the creation of the new farmsite is no different. The theme, menus, plugins and etc… are all in good shape. The needs of the growers and shareholders has been determined. And now I’m envisioning myself an online cultivator. I don’t know how the metaphor will hold up, but it’s time to ‘”seed” the site with photos, text, recipe and calendar information and more! If all the groundwork has been done well, let’s hope it blossoms into something worth preserving. Thanks to shareholder Graeme for his openness to make it finally happen. The site has been on the winter ‘to-do,’ list for a few years now. The conditions finally came together to allow for the seed to thrive.
