General Info
Parsley is far better than its status as garnish in American cuisine.  Mince it to toss in all manner of dishes. Pairs well with grains and nuts. It grows prolifically and it somewhat frost tolerant.

Store enclosed in a bag in the fridge. Also freezes well, no need to blanch before freezing.
