Cilantro

General Info
Cilantro is an annual herb that grows well in our climate. We generally plant two-three successions and are able to harvest it throughout the summer and fall. It’s seed is coriander, which makes it overall an incredibly versatile and tasty plant.

Storage
Enclosed in a bag or container in the fridge. It will last for at least 1 week in this manner. If it is beginning to wilt, it can still be salvaged by mincing or pureeing for use in salad dressing, soup, pesto, etc…
