Winter Squash

Harvest Window:  August through October

General Info
Winter squash  comes in a vast array of shapes and sizes. Each season we aim to grow 4-6 varieties, that vary in size, weight, flavor and length of storage capacity. We aim to distribute a mix of smaller single serving squash (such as delicata and acorn) along with larger types (such as butternut and hubbard) that will feed larger groups.

Varieties We Grow
Butternut, Buttercup, Delicata, Acorn, Kuri, Hubbard

Storage
At room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Length of storage varies, though all should last at least to the New Year, with some such as butternut lasting longer.
