General Info
There are hundreds of varieties of head lettuces in a wide range of greens and reds. They vary in overall shape from upright (romaine types) to low and sprawling (bibb). They are all edible raw and make a great base for a salad.

Varieties We Grow
Butterhead- Adriana, Nancy, Skyphos
Romaine- Speckled Trout, Jericho
Bibb- Deer Tongue, Winter Density

Storage
In the fridge in a closed plastic bag. Best enjoyed within a week. If a head has become a but wilted (not slimy), it can still be cut up and incorporated into a stir fry.
