General Info
Summer squash can comes in an array of shapes and sizes. Here we harvest from the plants it twice a week, so the squash falls in the middle range in terms of size. At this stage they are still tender and best enjoyed or preserved within the week.

Storage
In a paper or plastic bag in the fridge. Squash can get dried out if placed directly in the fridge without a protective layer.
