Harvest Window: June through September

General Info
This herb may need no explanation. In it’s fresh form, it is pungent and amazing when paired with pasta, salads, tomatoes and soft cheeses. We harvest it until frost and hope we’ve remembered to store some in the freezer (in pesto form) for the long north country winters.
